I don't think the subtitles are "missing" during the foreign language scenes. If there were subtitles meant for those scenes they'd be in the final cut of the movie which would be displayed. Although, I will admit the captions that are written are terrible, and have many grammatical errors.

a month of Sundays kinda way,is how I'd describe his movies. It's a great surprise if you are already bored with your day. He grows on you. Not a waste of money

Not as poor as Quantum Of Solace but definitely underwhelming as a follow up to Skyfall. No Time To Die was way better than this movie.
