The Last Jedi almost completely ruined Star Wars for me, but one day we decided to see Solo, due to complete boredom. I was very pleasantly surprised. This was a fun movie, with lots of action and cool stuff going on. Danny Glover's Lando was spot on, I thought. This was a great movie, and honestly I feel the Star Wars franchise will benefit more from these stand alone movies. Rian Johnson's epic fail notwithstanding, solo reaffirmed stsr wars for me.

I had a smile on my face from ear to ear watching 'Solo' . It felt like what a Star Wars movie should be; fast paced, amazing visuals, fantastic world's and characters. It was funny in parts and didn't take it self too seriously. Shame Ron Howard didn't direct 'The Last Jedi' as well and we might of got a Star Wars movie...
