About this movie

In a spooky small town, when a slew of pizza delivery boys are slain on the job, two daring survivors (Atlanta's Zazie Beetz and Grammy Award Winner Chance the Rapper in a wild film debut) set out to catch the culprits behind the cryptic crime spree. Director Austin Vesely makes his first feature film after helming music videos for Chance's "Sunday Candy" and "Angels."

This movie had potential. The first 3-4 mins set up an intriging premise but once we get pass that, the threads of this film start to really show almost immediately. Half-baked writing, bad chemistry between certain characters, some unaspired performances, very few likeable characters, needless padding in poor character interactions, convoluted motifs and anticlimatic showdown. These are what plague the film's weakness. This is better suited for a mini-series because things get brushed over quickly.

It is not good. Tired recycled plot. People want to open gateway to hell, need to be stopped. No great character development, the werewolf makeup was awful. Could have been good with better writing. Waste of a good cast.

Cheesy and cliche. I found myself wondering how much more ridiculous story/dialogue can the story get....it gets really up there by the way. I like it. It wasn't good, it was bad in a funny parady type of way.
