Scary Stories

It was amazing to hear people's thoughts, and views on these books to hear why it was band and to hear shwartz's story. Also to hear the views of one parent to why she wanted them banned. And see all the amazing art inspired by the books we known and loved as a kid. I highly recommend this for all the people like me to watch this documentary. Amazing also it was cool that they did some of the illustrations for the doc in Steven Gammell's work.

I grew up with these books. They helped shape a generation. Prepared us for the world. This documentary is very well done. The passion put into it can be felt with all the tributes. Very insightful about the book's history, impact, and controversy. Very great insight on the author and suprisingly the artist. This is a great way to go down memory lane in aniticipation for the adaptation of the feature-film. True fans will appreciate this insightful tribute of Scary Stories.

Fantastic. I've been waiting on this documentary for some time now! So happy to see it finally arrive. People giving this 1 star because they thought it was the upcoming movie (Called Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and not Scary Stories) need to learn to read, how to check IMDB for release dates, and blame themselves for their mistakes and not give a film a bad rating for their lack of follow through.
