I like how everyone here is saying that the people disliking it are easily offended christians, yet these same people saying that are the ones saying that we need to be careful so that we dont offend anyone. Is it ok to offend christians then? Why isnt it ok to offend muslims? How come we can mock christianity, but woe to the man who makes fun of islam, or budism, or whatever? I dont understand the double-standards here. Why the hate on religion? A lot of the religious crowd doesn't care how you live or what you believe. Why hate on them? Yes there are some overzealous people, but just like not all muslims are terrorists, not all christians are zealots. And besides, having read the Koran, christianity and islam share several beliefs. Both worship jesus. Both believe we will all be saved. Terrorists are following some sections of the Koran that don't apply to them any more, as well as many oral traditions. My point is, making fun of islam, is akin to making fun of christianity, and vice versa. There is a better way to post your beliefs than to demean others. I don't believe that gay people are living a correct lifestyle, but I dont go around telling them to repent. I simply say that I believe how I do, and you believe how you do. And we can be friends. Someone who is different than you is not a better or worse person because of it. Just different. Can't we all be nice to each other? And come on seth. Can you please make a movie that isn't all swearing and sex jokes? They aren't funny. I don't mind them every now and again, but the rate they were in here is ridiculous. And please, don't demean others to express your beliefs. You don't have to believe as I do, but beither do you have to demean other peoples. Instead, make a movie where the main character believes the things you want to get across. Maybe he believes a few things you don't, and the character development has him find thosemother beliefs. I am going into cinematography for college. I challenge you here and now. I am going to make a movie about a mormon (they are a religious group that are persecuted and made fun of a lot) who has to go through a highschool outside of utah, and learn to accept someone who doesn't neccesarily believe the same things as they do. And they are going to maintain their beliefs, while learning to accept others and respect their beliefs. This movie will promote mormon beliefs without making othets look bad. Ok seth? Now I want you to make a movie about someone who believs what you belive, and I don't want it to demean anyone or use sex jokes and swear words. I'm 20 now. My movies production stars in 4 years. Let's see what you can do in that time. God bless you seth rogan. Luck is satan's word for blessings :P

If you like hot dogs, alcohol, and the 4th of July, then this movie is for you. It's definitely not for the young or young at heart as every third word in the movie is a swear word. The Mrs. was getting board towards the end as she didn't care for the boatload of coarse language and sex, but I was laughing throughout the whole thing. It's not everyday you see a movie covering hard hitting issues like the meaning of life, questions about reality, and political unrest; and of course this is all done through gratuitous amounts of violence, (food) nudity, and coarse language.

Trash movie. I've loved everything Seth has done up until this point. The movie was a great idea and perspective but the vulgarity and sexual innuendos killed it. I have as much of a dirty mind as the next guy and can cuss worse than a sailor, but this just took it to the point of unnecessary. The whole movie seems like the script was written by some stoned High School virgins who think they're cool. The worst part, and what truly finished the kill for me on this movie was the end with the 5min food orgy. A few snipits or a minute or less would have sufficed. That scene dragged on way to long and just made me think "what the actual Fu@K am i watching." I hate that this movie had such good reviews. To me it shows the immature nature and stupidity our society has slipped into. I wish Seth would stick with what he knows best. The stoner trying to be a functioning adult but not quite fully grown up. The adult who likes to act like a kid and be their fun self. I think a lot can relate to that and it makes for better movies than this pure childish garbage.
