Every once and a while I get that I sit down with the lowest expectations and then I am delightfully surprised. THIS GUY IS GREAT. He is in a lot of movies and I have liked about 95% of them. The plot is some what scattered, if you miss any part of the first 20 minutes, you will be lost. Hence, the 4 -not- 5 stars. Spoiler alert. There is a few details in the paragraphs below that might be spoilers and I will place a ★ sign seperating what is the spoiler at the end of my review. I tend to be thorough on movies I really like. :-! Jason plays an ex-con with baggage and fights like it too. ★★The little girl has information everyone in the movie is killing for.★★★ The girl is the niece of a mob boss and she has the IQ of mine times 100 and has a photographic memory. She is the computer and knows the numbers to billions upon billions in cash. No paper tails either. Spoiler below, I am giving a clear warning.★★★★ Jason has to save the girl, get over his own past heart aches, beat and kill just about of everyone he encounters and guarentee a *SAFE* future for the little girl; and himself. now every body go "awwwwa". That little girl is a fantastic talent, too. Enjoy!

I absolutely love Jason statham he is amazing and I've watched this movie about 50 times (probably an understatement) and It only make me love it more. I've watched all of his movies all pretty fantastic but this one you must see and don't rent it just buy it. if you rent it you just end up renting it again or buying it anyway.

Statham as the underdog trying to do right against a corrupt city while saving a little girl enslaved for her mind. Welcome appearance by Robert John Burke, solid unique action sequences, good music. Abrupt but realistically apt ending. Highly rewatchable.
