Mediocre story and even worse voice acting. I wish I could rate the animation separately because honestly it's gorgeous and the animators did phenomenal work, but the boring, contrived story just doesn't warrant a good score. The voice acting is flat and felt like shallow husks of the characters. This film can't even compare to many of the direct to DVD film releases, irs just... bad.

It's ok for young kids that have trouble staying focused on things. Something is constantly happening and it doesn't calm it's pace. But the movie isn't particularly interesting or good at all. Side note ( did not effect my rating ) but the fact that they change the voice actor of shaggy after so many years and they didn't even asked the man that has played his voice for the past like 22 years ... That sucked

There's some really good animation in this movie. Not all the time but here and there it looks really great. The story sucks. The voice actors are poor replacements. Especially shaggy. If you want to do the same style voice then just use Lilliard. If not then do something else entirely. This could have had no Scooby gang at all and basically been the same movie. That said my 6 year old loved it.
