Felt like a made for TV production. Everything felt cheap.The music was atrocious. Boring to watch. Didn't even make it to the end. I would prefer to watch the Phantom Menace any day over this.

A solid film that can be watched independently of the rest of the Star Wars franchise, but the ending is of significance for fans. The excessive editing and re-shoots it apparently had, didn't show.

Rogue One is exactly what the franchise needed! It shows what the rebellion is like for the regular people of the galaxy and what effect the Empire has had on the population. How many people have suffered under tyranny. Gareth Edwards does this in spectacular fashion and gives fans something to tie the events of A New Hope to events preceding it. This film only mentions the Jedi and I'm glad this film doesn't have any as it doesn't need it. The strong character dynamics of Jyn, Cassian, Bodhi, Baze, Chirrut and K-2SO means that having a Jedi would throw off their group dynamic. I'd also like to say that if I could only watch one film for the rest of my life. It would be Rogue One!
