About this movie

Risen is the epic Biblical story of the Resurrection, as told through the eyes of a non-believer. Clavius (Joseph Fiennes), a powerful Roman military tribune, and his aide, Lucius (Tom Felton), are tasked with solving the mystery of what happened to Jesus (Cliff Curtis) in the weeks following the crucifixion, in order to disprove the rumors of a risen Messiah and prevent an uprising in Jerusalem.

Surprisingly enjoyable and of course, not totally based on the Bible, but still captures much of the truthful essence. After watching this movie, I felt edified in my faith and joyous in the Saviour Jesus Christ, who not just died - but died for our sin to save us from damnation and truly rose again. "Believe in me" He says.....

Risen the story of Jesus Christ rise from the dead after three days significe the true gospel of christian believed in life after death, must recommend to watch with family and friend, love to see more movies from bible stories, rate 5 star
