Love Love Loved it! Reminiscent of Jiro dreams of Sushi. Chefs true to their craft, dedicated. Cult like following of these Rock Star Ramen Chefs.

I'm so glad there are good ramen shops opening up in and around NYC because this film gives me an extreme hankering for ramen. Also, next time I visit my family in Tokyo, I know which shops I'll be standing in line for!
