About this movie

Siblings Mimi and Luke unwittingly resurrect an ancient alien overlord who was entombed on Earth millions of years ago after a failed attempt to destroy the universe. They nickname the evil creature Psycho Goreman (or PG for short) and use the magical amulet they discovered to force him to obey their childish whims. It isn’t long before PG’s reappearance draws the attention of intergalactic friends and foes from across the cosmos and a rogues’ gallery of alien combatants converges in small-town suburbia to battle for the fate of the galaxy.

Really good gore movie with over the top splatter. Only thing that kinda dinged it for me was the main little girl she was just to mean and obnoxious always... Yes that's her character but just feel maybe less obnoxious would have helped... Also love to see a part 2 just about PG and his Evil reign b4 he got to earth... Looks Epic!!

The movie was weird. I wanted to like it but it was not a horror movie. It was like a kids movie. It had a trio of kids that find am alien and name him. The other aliens look like something out of a Power Rangers tv episode. They had flimsy costumes that were supposed to be "metal". Some were even hand puppets. The styling was still cool if you think about it like a kids movie but oddly the movie had too much violence and gore for kids. I do have to say is you can tell they tried really hard.

If you have seen the trailer it is exactly what you are expecting and hoping for. It delivers on humor, gore, and the wish fulfillment journey of many. It keeps its pace solidly through the movie, with good practical effects still better than most CGI. The effects were certainly not high budget but they were enjoyable, the character development was a bit weak, and I would have prefered things to end a little more resolved. But we did not sign up for character development or a happy ending, but still got a largely satisfying one regardless. It delivered in every way we were hoping for, and only those minor grips keep it from getting five stars.
