Possible mini spoilers, may want to read after viewing film! This is a great film. It is the second film I have seen in the last couple of months that I carry with me after it is done. I cannot stop going back to watch the scenes between these characters, more specifically between Olive and Elizabeth. The actresses did an amazing job with the nuanced way their love story unfolded. Their love was palpable through watching their eyes. On the surface I think that one could say that these women were together because the husband planted the idea within them, however I beg to differ. The writers did a great job and it was beautifully filmed/directed. This movie may cause you to stretch your mind regarding the acceptance of different types of relationships. I enjoy movies like these where it causes you to think about it or to think at all after it's done and days after that.

Beautifully told biographical account of the man who authored the Wonder Woman comics & the inspiration provided him by his brilliant wife & their mistress. Though very scandalous, a tri-member relationship in the 1930's & '40's, their love story was breathtaking & the movie was executed perfectly. My fiancé & I highly recommend it to anyone with an open mind & an affinity for factual tales of successful relationships & their many facets -- love, trust, romance, passion, sacrifice, compromise...

I did not expect to like this movie as much as I did. The actors gave an amazing performance. The pacing seems great, I was never bored. I can't believe these people lived in the 20s. If unconventional lives bother you then probably not a film for you. But if you want to see a wonderful story of love and are open minded then definitely check it out.
