Pride and Prejudice

I think you have to have lived in the town (Provo, UT) where this was mainly filmed in order to understand this movie. Otherwise, I am not exactly sure what you would make of this. I, for one, find it hilarious. If you are looking for a GOOD Pride & Prejudice movie - this is not it. I have watched this many times over the years for a good laugh.

I remember when this came out and watching the trailer reminds me why I watched it once. Like someone said this was an insult to the original and all other adaptions.

This has to be my favorite bad movie of all time. The adaptation is baffling The acting is horrible The editing is bizarre But I love it! There are so many lines that crack me up, and every time I watch it, I find something new to laugh at. The ending alone is worth the rent. It's the opposite of everything Pride and Prejudice is. I recommend watching this with friends who enjoy bad movies but also know the source material. This isn't a movie. It's an experience.
