Planet Dune

So how long before this gets sued for copyright infringement? Planet named Dune. Giant sand worms. that's more than 10% right?

They're being sent to a desert planet...called planet dune. At least I think they are, I'm not quite sure as they only said the name of the planet about twenty times in the trailer, so I may be mistaken.
