About this movie

Bargain hunters at Forest Ridge Mall get more than they bargained for: a chubby flasher in a ratty bathrobe. They're repulsed. Security guard Ronnie Barnhardt isn't: "This disgusting pervert is the best thing that ever happened to me!" Catching the flasher may be his ticket to a real police job and to romance with a hot cosmetics-counter princess. Only one thing stands between Ronnie and destiny: a tall, handsome cop who actually knows what he's doing. Seth Rogen (Knocked Up), Anna Faris (the Scary Movie series) and Ray Liotta (GoodFellas) star in this mall-to-wall comedy covering acres of wild, sometimes raunchy, up-in-your-grill funny -- all under one roof. I don't think this movie gets the credit it deserves, this is a halrious movie. Sure it's not the typical Seth Rogan you see where he just gets high or has pot jokes throughout the movie, but its still a good movie. I think because it was more an independent style movie and at the time went up against Paul Blart the family oriented hollywood blockbuster it gets a lot of disclaimers. But overall this is one of Seth Rogans first movies and it pretty good. It deserves more credit for what it is and if you NOW give it a shot since it isn't going up against another movie that has similar trates and you have nothing to compare it to ( Unless you compare good Seth movies where he plays a stoner, which I like both sides of his acting) it is all around a great halrious movie, I believe it needs more love than it gets.

Observe and Report are the two legit components of a security guards duty. A police officer has much to do and be, and what seperates the two individuals is explored in this darkly comedic character analysis pic about a mall cop struggling with bi-polar disorder, social maladjustment/isolation and a chemically dependant mother. Witness a man commit date rape with his dream girl and attempt to murder a stranger because he shows his penis to mall customers. And laugh. Cause you dont get it. I know. I d

This movie sucks. I had higher expectations from Seth Rogan and Anna Ferris. Much higher. This movie is basically a raunchy version of "Paul Blart; Mall Cop", but FAR less funny. Don't spend the money. If you want to see it, go to FYE at your local mall and buy for $4 or less. I only paid $2 there.
