About this movie

Set in 1950s Detroit, No Sudden Move centers on a group of smalltime criminals who are hired to steal what they think is a simple document. When their plan goes horribly wrong, their search for who hired them – and for what ultimate purpose – weaves them through all echelons of the race‐torn, rapidly changing city.

Komplizierte Story... Ich habe den Film praktisch 2 mal angesehen um alles verstehen zu können. Ich musste nämlich dauernd zurückspringen und trotzdem habe ich nicht geschnallt woher die 2. Summe an Bargeld herstammte, war das das Kopfgeld der Beiden?!? Und wieso gibt der Polizist die gesamte Summe wieder zurück und begnügt sich mit einer Flasche Gin? Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist die Fischaugenoptik der Kamera, das sollte wohl mehr Atmosphäre erzeugen, mich hat es eher gestört.
