About this movie

Acclaimed filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen deliver their most gripping and ambitious film yet in this sizzling and supercharged action-thriller. When a man stumbles on a bloody crime scene, a pickup truck loaded with heroin, and two million dollars in irresistible cash, his decision to take the money sets off an unstoppable chain reaction of violence. Not even west Texas law can contain it. Based on the novel by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Cormac McCarthy, and featuring an acclaimed cast led by Tommy Lee Jones, this gritty game of cat and mouse will take you to the edge of your seat and beyond right up to its heart-stopping final act.

i love this movie and i hate it. Javier Bardem is so good. everyone is really good. but the minuscule manner in which they resolve the plot left a sour taste in my mouth and i had to go back to see if it's missed a scene only to find out they just treat it as though it's minor.

Pointless movie. Watched it all the way through with my mom to try and understand HOW this movie won best picture, and when the end credits finally started rolling, we still couldn't understand why.

Everybody is a critic these days which is fine but unlike disinformation, everybody knows it's a matter of taste and opinion when it comes to a great thriller of a film with an ending that leaves you feeling a little cheated but still in awe of a jaw dropping performance by Javier Bordem (sorry if I spelled it wrong) capped off with a haunting bit of narrative by Tommy Lee Jones.
