Night of the Demons (Koch)

I know they were going for a late 80s metal vibe, but it's too overblown 00s and I just don't think it's anywhere as entertaining as the original Night of the Demons. I like some of the recent remakes, but I'm more of a purist on this one, not because it was my favorite as a child/preteen, but because this just sucks, and I am also really a fan of a certain low grade horror aesthetic from the 70s/80s that can only be duplicated by directors with great skill, like Ti West and Rob Zombie.

Compared to the 80's original was a cult classic, I think this one held up OK especially the Demons. These turkeys are over the top scary and at least there are stars in it.

Of course it isn't going to compare to the original.. It isn't supposed to ..but this movie is a cute , lil , fun demon flick with a couple of has beens & it rocks
