New Jack City

This movie is largely based on the Chambers Brothers gang based out of Detroit, Michigan. If you would like to look them up make sure you don't get them confused with The Chambers Brothers band from the 60/70s. I lived through the crack era as a preteen/teenager and this movie is in no way an embellishment of how bad it was at that time during the 80s into the 90s. Not only was the acting in this movie amazing but the storyline was A+. If you have never seen it is my opinion that you will enjoy it.

A friend of mine knew that I really enjoy Gangster movies and suggested I give this movie a shot all I have to really say is why are you still reading these comments you should be downloading and beginning to watch this excellent movie.

This movie is based on a true story about the chamber brothers located in Marianna, Arkansas. The chamber brothers were some real live dope dealers who gave to the community, I really like this movie its an eye opener in so many different aspects on what happens when you become involved in drug using and drug pushing, the most important lesson is that once you become part of the game it's only two ways out If you stay in it and that's dead or in jail.
