Thought-provoking with a take on history that is at once disturbing and surprising. A family history irrevocably changed by the war and marked by the deeply disturbing ambitions of one man whose monstrous actions remain a secret looming above post-war events. Beautifully directed, photographed and acted. Three hours flew by..
