About this movie

By all appearances, new parents Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) are living the American Dream – complete with an adorable baby girl and a beautiful new starter home in the suburbs. Still, the early-thirtysomethings want to believe that they have a modicum of coolness left within them. So when they discover that their new next-door neighbors are none other than dozens of Delta Psi Beta fraternity brothers led by charismatic president Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron), they try to play along and make the best of an awkward situation. But when the frat's parties grow increasingly more epic, both sides of the property line begin to fend for their turf. The neighbors' relentless sabotage escalates into outrageous one-upmanship, beginning an epic Greek war for the ages. Also stars Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Stay tuned after the credits for a hilarious alternate opening!

If you are wondering. The movie does not have any difference from the theatrical version. It does, however, at the end contain an alternate opening which is played after the credits. I was wondering this and tried to do research on it but found no info so just got it anyway and figured I would relay this info to anyone else who was wondering. Very funny highly recommend.

The previews made this look like it'd be hilarious, but it was anything but. At one point in the movie i giggled a bit, but for the rest i just sat there stone faced, waiting for something even remotely funny to laugh at. Skip this flick at all costs.

Not bad. Pretty funny movie if you like the usual college aged humor. People over 40 might want to wait for redbox. I think Zach Efron could have been switched out for an actor like Micheal Ciera or Jesse Eisenberg..felt like Rogen should have been paired with somebody with a little more comical know how, would have made it a lil more enjoyable. But Rogen kills it as usual.
