First of all Mortal Kombat is supposed to be based on a video game with its great use of blood and gore but instead this movie is PG-13 other than R rated because this movie is "kid friendly" so that means there is no blood and guts or fatality moves whatsoever and plus the plot was stupid. I also didnt like the ending of this movie. Sorry Mortal Kombat, you're my first favorite fighting game but your movie wasn't the best idea to make a fan like me to look at.

I've had this and the second on disc for years and HATED both, they are so boring. The movie looks like it had a high school budget, I've been a huge MK fan since 2007 I think, back when I was 4. First game was Deadly Alliance which I still play and these movies were just so bad. Just cosplayers with horrible effects.

Oldie but goodie. Gives me nostalgia this movie. Reviews on here make a mockery of the dynamics and graphics of the film however, they forget that it was a budget movie of the 90s.. 4 years old in 2007?? Wow you were still a tadpole when this film came out hahaha back then it's all we had lol
