Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

What a major disappointment... The director did a really poor job.. was wondering if he even read the book's. The director could of done a Harry potter type deal and split the movie up to make it magical and a winner... Absolute crap. Will never refer it to anyone.. piss poor and disgusted, someone else could of taken it on and made it unforgettable. I wasted over an hour of my life watching it.

What a disappointment. I watched the movie hoping that it would bring the books to life, but it didn't. It started off the same as the first book and then totally lost the plot.

Very poor story, found it shallow. It was a crummy coming of age story mixed up in a fantasy world. I thought the Jake couldn't convey emotion very well on the screen. He as hard to watch. A lot of the relationships seemed a tad contrived.
