Ok military movie.....unrealistic tho of the main characters supervisor asking him abt the mission when he's on a landmine if mine did tht instead of immediately asking me abt my situation since I'm standing on a fng landmine I'd have punched the sht out of him when I got back

i was surprised. considering all the terrible reviews this movie was pretty damn good. It doesn't get into the supernatural or go anywhere crazy. Dude just does a damn good job a t dealing with being stuck in one place for multiple days in the desert. I think most of the positive reviews say the thing that saves it is the acting from the main character, I'd have to agree . I wouldn't say it saves it though.... i'd say that it is the whole movie.... its not as far fetched as the reviews i read said... its just a damn good solo piece. he kills it while trying to stay alive... ive been lazy and not looked up his name while writing this. but i'd say check it out if you like movies like 127 hours... tests of human body and mind strength... i think the actor does a damn good job, the director as well.

SPOILER....It's a great performance by Armie Hammer and he is the reason I sat through the entire movie while my wife kept asking how much longer is it. The story loses credibility in the first 2 minutes and gets delusional after that. Loaded with anxiety that is not worth the time.
