I feel like I'm being generous here even by rating it 3/5 stars. My hopes weren't high when I first watched the trailer on Netflix. Then, when I decided to give it a go, it gave me House of the Witch vibes because of the setting. Then Woman in Black vibes because of the jump scares - that, along with the storyline, was when my hopes were raised...only to be shattered by the very-disappointing ending. I keep on seeing this type of ending in more and more Horrors.
