About this movie

Charlotte Field is the most influential woman in the world. Sophisticated, smart and accomplished, she’s a powerhouse diplomat with a talent for… well, most everything. Fred Flarsky is a gifted but disheveled journalist with a self-destructive streak. The two have nothing in common, except that she was his first crush. When Fred unexpectedly reunites with Charlotte, he charms her with his self-deprecating humor and his memories of her youthful idealism. As she prepares to make a run for the Presidency, Charlotte impulsively hires Fred as part of her campaign. A fish out of water on Charlotte’s elite team, Flarsky is unprepared for her glamourous and high stakes lifestyle. However, sparks fly as their unmistakable chemistry leads to a round-the-world romance that becomes embroiled in a series of dangerous and wildly funny incidents.

Knocked up meets politics...I feel like Seth Rogan is licking political balls for some kind of media agenda and Charlize Theron is just a hired gun. What the hell critics are you all paid off..it was panifull after the first 45.Micheal moore smushed hillary clinton.

Normally rotten tomatoes is helpful, but this comedy generated some rare laughs. The quality of the acting/writing was as if it was written by a teenager - predictable crass humor, not very witty or clever, and definitely not a very believable story. The trailer pretty much sums up the funny parts in the movie..so if you didn't find the trailer EXTREMELy funny, I would save your money.

Standard Seth Rogen, alcoholic/stoner man child but with a romantic comedy twist. Save your money. Just wait for Netflix or skip it. I probably would have loved his movies when I was a teenager.
