Logan

Great movie if you've followed Logan's journey through the X-men movies. Like the wannabe new Spider-man if you aren't caught up in the series you won't appreciate Logan's relationship with Xavier. However, contrasting my spiderboy example you Can still watch this as a standalone and enjoy it. Given this is really X-23's movie in my opinion. Brilliant passing of the torch to a brilliant young actress. Ms. Keen delivers an amazing performance in every respect as do her elders, (but of course). Highly recommended.

It's Wolverine as he should have been portrayed right from the beginning with the first Xmen. The new movie captures the essence of the character: brutal, violent, no holds bar berserker fury. Hugh Jackman did an excellent job showing a world weary Wolverine, tired after endless battles throughout his life and only wanting to have some peace. Dafne Keen was excellent in her debut. Highly recommend this movie, not just for superhero fans but any movie aficionado. One thing: not meant for kids. This isn't funny, Xmen cartoon Wolverine. This is killing machine Logan.

Ignore every single bad review. The people who give this a bad review are bigots. Seriously. This is a great movie. Even if you didn't enjoy it that much or not a big fan of comics in general this movie still deserves atleast 3 stars. It was well done all around and polished nicely. You have to know a little bit about the X-Men universe to get the inside. But it was all put together very well. Hugh, cheers man. Thanks for showing us the real Logan.
