Lady Bird

Absolutely real depiction of a mother-daughter relationship as well as the whole family. It doesn't really have a story, as in the plot is not important. It's more character driven. I laughed, I relaxed, I was tense and I teared up. Beautiful movie. It was a bit intense, the scenes just keep coming and coming it rapid succession with little breathing room. That rhythm was unusual and unrelenting but despite this, or perhaps because of this-> beautiful movie

Great film. Has Greta Gerwig written all over it. A tad overhyped - it's really just a well made nice movie - but we'll let that go in this modern #heforshe world

Amazing and honest (sometimes painfully so) coming of age film. the main character is both lovable and hate able but ultimately, and most importantly, relatable.
