One of the better King Arthur films. It is as the worst critics say: a bit cliche, a bit OTT, lots of magic, lots of grime, arrogance, but it is also charasmatic, true to itself, fast paced, unashamedly fun, and after watching it a few times, a great film to return to. Soundtrack top notch too. I give it four stars because there are some people out there that will hate it, it wont be everyones cup of tea, but if nothing I've said puts you off, then this is worthy of pulling from the stone.

Everyone knows King Arthur and the legend of the sword, However you haven't seen it like this. Guy Ritchie and the team have come at the age old story from a whole new angle and done it in an amazing way. I've seen a fair few negative reviews about things like the time lapse moments or feeling rushed. I would like to remind them and anyone reading this that this is a movie, not a tv series. The writers and the director have to tell a story, introduce the characters, show the development of the characters etc. I personally believe they have done a great job of all these things and their unique way of telling this wonderful story helps deliver those crucial components to this good movie without making it last another hour or two. This movie might not be for everyone, If you like the King Arthur stories or you are a fan of Guy Ritchies movies then you will enjoy this.
