Kentucky Fried Movie

After so many years, it can be easy to become disconnected with one's younger years. After seeing the Kentucky Fried Movie for the first time since the late 1970s, I can say this without a doubt; if this flick had some Apple iPhones in it, you would not be able to tell the difference between 1977 and 2015. - FOUR Stars! - (actually 4.7 but... that is not an option).

Watched this in 2020 and many times prior. I still get a kick out of it. Its mostly parodies of commercials and news and variety shows. And almost half of it is a parody of Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon mixed with Wizard of Oz. Also deals with 1970s topics in a Saturday Night Live way. Crazy funny for adults. Has strong sexual inuendos and nudity though so dont let the young ones watch. Some of the parodies of commercials will only be understood by those who saw them in the 1970s.
