About this movie

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

I loved the Wonder woman movie so its sad they didnt follow with a better movie. I liked the characters but the story is meh and it never felt that the world was in any real peril or that any of the heroes were in any real danger. You cant have your audience on the edge of their seats anticipating what is to come when you feel the threat isnt there. Super heroes are supposed to be super yes but still vunerable. My final gripe is defining powers for each hero (ie what do each of them bring to the table) seems like everyone is as fast as the flash. Its not as well defined as i would have liked.

I am not sure what all the hate was about. I loved this movie .... true there are some departures from the source material, but the amount of contradictions in the said source material this should be considered the norm. Performances were all spot on, the action scenes truly DC over the top style and I loved the banter. Plot line was easy enough to follow along with the motivations of all the key characters. Although Affleck's departure as Batman has been widely touted, I truly hope that is not the case. With the wonderful Wonder Woman starting the tend JL has put DC back on track.

It seems like people are just not sure how to debate about this movie and although it has a 40% now i dont understand whats making the DCU going down hill is it the bots, the misunderstanding, the poor work put into it or...all of them. (I just made sure my review didnt offend any body who liked it)
