Seeing Julia on TV becoming typsy and thinking it was funny and entertaining, on her cooking programme as an arrogant teenager, now hopefully I am more sensitive, mature, got to see the whole picture in the life and the reasoning behind her manner at the time. of this great lady's story. Take my hat off to her for enabling the ordinary house person to cook/bake french restaurant quality food and not just that.....give a detailed step by step comprehensive guide and information about ingredients used..
