Joaquin Phoienix fits for the role, He acted really well ( weird, crazy, serious, all-in-one mix of a Joker character) only thing i noticed is that he's too old for the character....Don't you think? They should have choose a younger actor as younger Arthur then Joaquin Phoienix will appear next as the older , crazier Joker..... Because this is the introduction/origin of the "Joker" character build up., as "dark" as the "Batman / Bruce Wayne" persona. I'm excited to see what's up for the sequel.

Its about origin story about joker before he killed bruce's parents. Joaquin Phoenix is the greatest actor who plays joker and deserves of an oscar. I can't wait to watch The Batman on 2021...
