About this movie

Ashton Kutcher is Steve Jobs, the iconic Apple innovator and groundbreaking entrepreneur. This inspiring and entertaining film chronicles Jobs' early days as a college dropout to his rise as the co-founder of Apple Computer Inc. and forced departure from the company. More than a decade later, Jobs returns and single-handedly sets a course that will turn the once-tiny startup into one of the world's most valuable companies. His epic journey blazes a trail that changes technology -- and the world -- forever. JOBS is a riveting story of a true American visionary, a man who let nothing stand in the way of greatness. Co-starring Dermot Mulroney, Josh Gad, J. K. Simmons and Matthew Modine. (Original Title - JOBS)

I barely knew any history of Apple© and this movie summed it up pretty well. I think Ashton Kutcher played a magnificent role portraying 'Jobs', even in the small details like walking like a hunchback to his denim longs. Jobs was determined to open the complex human brain from 'standard' to 'beyond'. I truly r.e.s.p.e.c.t. Steve Jobs now after viewing this. Unfortunately his company is in the hands of engineers that are not keeping his vision of making a product "different". Instead they are opting to making devices "better". This will be Apple's downfall...

I was really looking forward to this movie, as I find the life of Steve Jobs to be downright fascinating, and his biography is a real pageturner. However, this movie just fell flat for me. Ashton Kutcher, whom I'm a fan of, looks the part spectacularly well but in general it all feels forced and at times Mr. Jobs is over-glorified. In general, this movie just bored me... Give it a watch on the Android device Mr. Jobs loathed so much during his life.

This is the first time I am giving anything a bad review, but this surely deserves it. The movie was absolutely terrible and left much to be desired. There were so many bad elements to this film that it would take forever to explain them all. Hours of my life that I will never get back...
