Jewel Thief

Vinay (Dev Anand), the son of a Police officer, finds himself constantly mistaken for a look-alike jewel thief named Prince Amar (Dev Anand). One fine day Vinay gets attacked by a mob who identify him as Prince Amar but is saved by a man named Arjun Singh (Ashok Kumar), an old associate of Prince Amar. To solve the mystery Vinay decides to work with the police and begins to impersonate Prince Amar. However, his plans backfire when Prince Amar starts impersonating as well and their identities get muddled completely. Will Vinay be able to emerge out of this mess? (CBFC U 52112)
