Would give this 5 stars but comparing it to the earlier Bourne movies it falls short of being the best. It's still an excellent movie and I hope there's more to come.Matt Damon brings a slightly more vulnerable Bourne to the screen in this outing, but with the cunning and threat from his past performances. Although unlikely l would like to see Jeremy Renner(The Bourne Legacy) and Matt Damon appear in a Bourne movie togeather.I still want another Bourne movie though. 4.5 stars

I wish I could give this a higher rating, I really do. Unfortunately this doesn't feel like a new Bourne. It feels like a rehash of all the best bits from the first three. That might have worked if they had only had a plot that could tie it all together in a solid and believable way. This never happens. The plot itself is thin and seems to have been added to give Paul Greengrass and excuse to throw as much Hollywood action on the screen as possible. The action is dull. We've seen it before. The hand combat fights are the same as what we've seen before. They're less exciting now. Just frantic camera work. The car chases, which were epic in the other films, looks like someone played GTA V with all the cheats on and decided to make a film about it. No matter how much I like and respect Matt Damon, I can't like this film. Sorry Matt!

This may not be the best movie in the series but it's by no means a bad film. The plot is intricate and has a few twists but it kept me on the edge of my seat for two hours and I can honestly say I enjoyed it. I really hope that there is another Bourne film to come and that maybe, just maybe, people would not just jump on the bandwagon of bashing a perfectly good film.
