Jack Reacher: Never Go Back

I am a great fan of the books and like many others, was concerned about the casting decision of Tom Cruise in the role of Jack Reacher. The first movie was surprising good (well ok). The second had a great "Reacher Like" trailer but that is about the best of the movie. Gone is the loner, and we are left with a whining 'could have been a dad'. WTF. Cruise, and the movie come up short in so many ways. Can I never get my money back?

Only one other man can dominate the screen like Cruise amongst his generation and that was Swayze. No surprise that they both had a huge break through in the same movie together in 1983, Along with Dillon and Estevez. I have to wonder if some of these bad reviews are by rival movie companies because nobody puts a movie together like Cruise. over 36 years of acting with the greats, the guy puts together a great film. Not quite as good as the first.

Wanted to love it, but not as enjoyable as a typical Tom C movie. Cobey Smulders especially disappointing. Young girl did ok job of it. Tom less charismatic than usual.
