IT Chapter Two

Really enjoyed both IT movies but Chapter 2 was way too long. Most of the flashbacks could have been left out or put in Chapter 1. However, I still really enjoyed the story of the adult counterparts taking down the clown once and for all and I even cried at the end, if you know why. The CGI was a little off putting in places but try to look past it to enjoy the story. Overall, really great sequel with a great cast, just overly long.

I chose to rent this title rather than purchase, and I'm glad I did. It's OK, however, maybe it's my current state of mind or perhaps the memory of the 1999 Tim Curry original that's soiling my experience. All I know is that it's just OK.
