Inherent Vice

The book is a mix between fear and loathing in las vegas and a private detective story. The book is awesome, go read it! The movie is not bad, there are great actors there. But the script and the directing is bad. Imagine if someone took fear and loathing in las vegas and took out all the dope and put nicolas cage as the main character. Well they didn't, but they might as well, since the script is poorly written compared to the book and the great talents of the actors in the movie are wasted. The original story is still so awsome that this weak and horrible attempt at the story is still an ok film. It could have been great, like fear and loathing in las vegas, but it is not. Still worth to watch, but it is not the classic that it should have been. Such a shame!

Kilka razy próbowałem oglądnąć do końca, nie udało mi się. Film wymaga od widza dużo cierpliwości.
