Like all of his movies, I have to say that this one for me is probably my favourite and best one but we can't forget what started it all, with his first movie that made us all Indiana Jones (despite its comics where if you read them you already knew what it was was, who he is, etc), The Raiders of the Lost Ark. This is by far one of the best movies I have ever watched with my twin brother and my father especially on Christmas. Even though my dad didn't know him, as he's from another time, he still loved the movie and honestly was so obsessed as well as couldn't get over the fact that they don't make movies like these anymore and how sad it actually is since in his time most of his movies that he watched as a kid was exactly like this like 60s, 70s all the way to the 80s. Even the soundtrack itself is legendary and by far one of the best ever soundtracks ever created. It always hypes us all up, especially when there's a scene where he saves someone or has to do his work. What a legendary cast as well, even the acting as well. The story itself honestly made it feel like you were actually there present, cheering for him, and of course hoping him all the best. It was just a roller coaster of emotions where you couldn't just stop and get out of your chair to cheer him on, laugh, and etc. It sent you all over the place with how amazing the movie was. Nowadays, you simply can't find movies like these anymore being created and quite frankly I can't wait until the new Indiana Jones movie comes out even though it'll be the last ever movie for Indiana Jones. Anyways, I honestly can't stop going on and on with how amazing this movie is. Like its like endless. At this point its even more or so a rant but still. Not only that but what an iconic duo Harrison Ford & Sean Connery was in this film. Compared to the last movie which flopped really badly especially with its critics, this one is a clear redemption and one where we got so much more than we deserved. We got to see the many perspectives of Indiana Jones, some old classic characters returning, where it all started for him, where it all began, and a movie that was extra long for us, with an action pact timeline. I honestly can't believe that Sean Connery even passed away last year, alongside many others who played part in the movie gone now. Rest in peace to the legendary Sean Connery, you will truly be missed. This is by far one of the best movies I have ever watched on Christmas, despite me seeing it already, is always a blast to re-watch the movie again. 10/10 and would recommend it. No matter the holiday, or day. - December 25, 2021.
