Thanks for adding the Remastered Special Edition, you guys actually listen to feedback. Love this film, it's a pop corn sci-fi diaster film. Contemporary twist to the H.G. Wells' Deus Ex Machina from War of the Worlds.

It's a more watered down version of War of the Worlds where effects that withstood the tests of time partially made up for the poor characterization and watered down plot, and still driven by the UFO craze of the 90's. Good for a rental.
