There are 2 bad hank sr and hank jr movies out there . There's one with george hamilton playing hank sr and playing hank williams jr are you ready for this richard thomas of the waltons fame. It's better to just get or youtube the music of hank williams sr and jr they've got some real good music if you can get past the honky she dumped me music that almost every country music singer sings .

Don't let the rating and quality of this movie as a whole rate hank Williams musically. This movie was "good" but it will bother you that peices are missing. It also would have been nice to see some personal accounts by hank jr and people that met, talked, and knew hank sr personally.

Although it was entertaining, it didn't seem or feel like it had to do with hank sr. They missed the Mother's best flower show, only focused on hank an Audrys relationship and even got his genere wrong at one point saying he was folk. The cast didn't resemble who they where playing as and sounded very modern (Hank had a hillbilly tone to his voice because he was southern U.S no one tried to sound like that at all) all in all, the older films where a little better but the film was still entertaining. They just really raped the story... It's as randomly formated as an expand dong or shrek meme.
