Another awesome film from Paul Gross! Canada has had a well trained, brave and incredibly ACTIVE military since the first world war. We we're called in to complete objectives where others had tried and could not. It's a shame more light hasn't been shone on the men and women of our armed forces and the many conflicts they have helped resolve. I can't wait to see the next project he's working on.

Excellent film. Hyena Road gives a chilling, yet realistic, idea of what it must be to live and fight in a country known for exceeding at both. And in doing so, Paul Gross brings a little bit of Hollywood movie-making to Canada's war effort, or a little bit of Canada's war effort to Hollywood movie-making.

First off makes cdn army look like they have no air support... Always ambushed & trapped no air support coming... No drone support... No cavalry... Intel? Then tipical love story seen... Of course baby.. Cheese ee most beautiful thing I ever saw altra-sound.. Lame... But suspense schene's told so fast there was no suspense.... Comparing to black hawk down or hurt locker.... Is beyond insulting to other great movies.. Wanted to like it but... Seriously disappointed... Wow.
