About this movie

After winning over the staff and students of Milford High School, chemistry teacher Richard Martinez aka Bianca Del Rio (Roy Haylock) sent her nemesis Vice Principal Deborah “Debbie" Ward (Rachel Dratch) to jail in a flawlessly executed plan. When Debbie is released from jail, she conjures up a scheme to do away with Bianca Del Rio once and for all, by luring her on a dangerous journey to Russia to accept a teaching award and cash prize. Filled with laughs, celebrity cameos and America’s drag superstars, HURRICANE BIANCA: FROM RUSSIA WITH HATE is packed with surprises and unlikely partnerships that spark friendship and acceptance.

Adore Bianca Del Rio......love the first film Hurricane Bianca sadly the sequel wasn't anywhere near as good, weak plot and so few memorable one liners....unlike the first one

Brian McCook is the greatest thing to happen to this planet since the instant it came into existence. I was dying the entire time I watched this, and I was super happy to see that Bianca kept the feel of the original movie without making a cookie cutter sequel. Relevant topics and politics were brought up honestly and humorously, and I was so excited to see some of my favorite queens show up throughout.

This is an honest and ridiculous review: Thoroughly enjoyed the film. The concept of Katya (out of drag) as a love interest is hilarious, but it reminded me that Brian McCook has the bone structure of a god. Wanda Sykes, Alaska and Ms. Kasha Davis making cameos was deeply appreciated. I do wish there was more of Bianca IN drag, but I appreciate Roy Haylock's Richard character as well. I also love that they used Brooklyn as Russia, it's a very amusing piece of trivia. As usual, Rachel Dratch was a treat, but I was a little disappointed to see Bianca be less hateful than she usually is. I know it's only one facet of her character but it's one I'm rather attached to. To summise, this movie is unbootable. To boot this would be treason. It's a toot from me!
