I've been watching Horrors since I was 10. Only one Horror has ever managed to scare me. And while this film was unsuccessful in doing that, it was packed with jump scares that were unpredictable even to me. The concept was very creative (a great example of making the most out of a bad situation, since it's set during Lockdown) and the storyline was realistic and served as a warning to anyone who thinks dabbling in things they don't understand is a game. I'd highly recommend it.

I'd heard nothing but good things about Host & I can confirm that they're all true. Absolutely brilliant concept, perfectly framed, wonderfully acted, perfect horror flick for a covid world. FYI I'm a miserable b**tard who's hard to impress.

Not a bad film. Good few jump scares. One of the better films on Shudder (amazon)
