HOMEFRONT stars Jason Statham as former drug enforcement agent Phil Broker, a family man who moves off the grid with his daughter to a seemingly quiet bayou backwater to escape his troubled past. However, Brokers world soon becomes anything but quiet once he discovers that an underbelly of drugs and violence riddles the small town. Soon, a sociopathic methamphetamine kingpin, Gator Bodine (James Franco), puts Broker and his daughter in harms way, forcing Broker back into action in order to save his family and the town. 2013 Homefront Productions, Inc. Doesn't ask you to suspend disbelief too much; well-paced story of how a minor grievance can escalate. Stratham doesn't play his usual character (no "muppet" or shirtless scene) and does a good job.

Been touched up for the modern audience too. Simple story but very well done - feel like a good action movie, look no further!

Love jason stratham hes one hunk of a man and such a joy to watch and this movie is one of his best and one of favorites ☺
