Eight-year-old Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) has become the man of the house, overnight! Accidentally left behind when his family rushes off on a Christmas vacation, Kevin gets busy decorating the house for the holidays. But he's not decking the halls with tinsel and holly. Two bumbling burglars are trying to break in, and Kevin's rigging a bewildering battery of booby traps to welcome them!

'Home Alone' is about an 8-year boy named Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Culkin). His huge family goes on a Christmas holiday, but they accidentally leave him behind and Kevin does anything all by himself. But there are 2 burglers called Harry and Marv (Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern) trying to break into the house and Kevin stops them by setting booby traps.

1&2 are the best by far. My little boy cries with laughter at these and I still find one scene in the second film that makes my sides hurt laughing, just as it did when I was a kid, don't think it will ever get old!
