When I heard of a film that would be a comedic take on Sherlock Holmes, I was interested, being a fan of the Sherlock Holmes novels myself. But when I heard of the dissapointing reviews the film recieved, I decided to see the film for myself. With this film, I hated the way Holmes was depicted as self-centred. Whatever happens, do NOT watch this movie. You'll be just as dissappointed as everyone else.

Do not see this movie it is absolutely boring and not funny. The plot went no where and the characters were uninteresting. Love the actors but poor choice of roles. When my wife and I saw it we fell asleep half way through it that's the level of boring we experienced.

Painful to watch and not very funny. Regretted renting it, but that said I thought it would be pretty average. If you like painful low brow humor it might be for you.
