About this movie

A delightful comedy with all the sophistication that Cukor could muster, the famous Barry play is enhanced by the fine talents of Hepburn and Grant. She's a rich socialite who wants to experience the newness of life high and low, he is the poor boy from the wrong side of the tracks. © 1938, renewed 1966 Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. Hi, This is a goofy movie where everyone talks very fast and often speaks their lines loudly. Held my interest and deals with issues of economic justice. Thanks. God bless. Aaron

I love this movie with Hepburn and Grant though Bringing Up Baby is my favorite with these two actors. Still, anything Cary Grant I will find something in it that I enjoy. This is a great comedy of its time. Grant never goes out of style, and with this movie, he shows off his former circus days by performing a few acrobatics. I was going to give it 4.5 stars, but my phone only lets me add a full star. I could never pull it down to 4 so I kept it at 5.

Honestly one of the best movies I've seen. In my top 10. I can see why there was such an investment in the restoration. Very highly recommended. Won't even describe it, because if you're a fan of old movies, Cary Grant, or Audrey Hepburn I guarantee you'll enjoy this film.
