There are those who see this film as anti-american.Quite the reverse. It shows that the defenders of freedom are thinly spread,often left to fend for themselves, and cheered only if they win. So they're allowed a token rebuke.

I don't want to ruin your expectations with hyperbole. This film is excellent on many levels, the plot an tensions are riveting the characters deep yet not over developed. What impressed me most though was the communication via the camera, some scenes just keep coming back to me. Enjoy!

Brilliant film from start to finish, Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly at there best . It has always been my favorite film
